Ooo. How about Want Want China Holdings, or Bosideng International Holdings? Thought they are pretty decent too?

Have you look into:

- COLI (00688) to play the REIT miss pricing?

- Mediatek (2454) (although in taiwan) that's going after Broadcom and finally into the higher value mobile phones chips

- CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd (01093) mega huge pharma

I find it impossible to value the REITs given the property crisis so I passed.

Didn't look at Taiwan and not interested in Semis.

I also find pharma super difficult. A field I have very little knowledge

Good post buy you should link to the tickers or IR pages like I do albeit its tedious! Anyway, I linked to your piece in my post for today - Emerging Market Links + The Week Ahead (April 1, 2024) https://emergingmarketskeptic.substack.com/p/emerging-markets-week-april-1-2024

Nice post! I own a few of these in tiny size, as part of a basket of dirt cheap HK stocks. So I do not have super high conviction views. That said:

Perfect Medical - Sales still recovering from Covid as HK/China gradually reopen. China is also gradually relaxing rules on individual travel to HK, which should also support return to growth. What do I know about the HK beauty industry? Not much! Water Oasis (1161) is a similar name.

Pax Global - Latam is 38% of revenues but I think Brazil is only around half of this. I don't get the payments industry either.

Dream International - Agree on margins, but major customer Tokyo Disneyland has reported very strong merchandise sales, which will benefit them.

I look forward to seeing which stocks made your list!
